Although many of our cakes/fillings are nut-free, we are not a nut-free facility. We caution clients with allergies to consume our sweets at their own risk.
To help keep our customers and employees safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, we ask that all inquiries be made via email.
A minimum purchase of $160.00 (plus tax) is required when placing an order. If the order does not meet the minimum purchase value, we observe the right to turn down the order.
Every cake we make is hand-made. Decorative finishes are done by hand and are subject to the artistic interpretation of our expert cake decorators. You may provide us with a photograph for inspiration and duplication; however, we make no claims for exact duplication of the work done by other cake decorators.
Once the details of the order are finalized, we will send you an email for your review and approval. Once the order is confirmed, we will email you a link to pay online. We require at least 7 days advance notice for confirmed orders.
All orders must be paid in full before pickup/delivery.
Once the order is approved and finalized, our cancellation policy is in effect.
Cancellations to retail orders are accepted until 6 Days prior to scheduled pick up time.
You may make any changes that you wish to a retail order until 96 hours (4 Days) prior to the pick up time on your written order form. We cannot guarantee any changes to size, flavors, or artwork will be available if changes are made within 96 hours (4 Days). We are always happy to add cupcakes to orders in the event that you need to serve more guests. Leftover cake can be frozen for another day in the event you have ordered too much for your guest count.
Changes may be made to wedding cake flavors, servings counts, and design until 15 days before your wedding date. At that time, everything must be finalized, no changes to serving count, flavors or design after the 15 day point.
No refunds will be provided for orders that are cancelled with less than 6 Days.
All cancellation refunds are subject to a 50% fee: Sweet Lisa’s Exquisite Cakes will retain 50% of the price of the cake to cover costs incurred to initiate your order.
If upon picking up your cake, you are not 100% satisfied with the look of your cake, you are NOT obligated to take the cake. If you choose not to take the cake, you will be issued a full refund via original purchase method. Upon pick-up of your cake, adjustments to the cake decoration can be made at no additional charge.
If you choose to pick up your cake and transport it yourself, we are not liable or responsible for the cake once it has left the bakery. You should prepare your vehicle so it is clean and free of items that could roll or slide into the cake. We do everything in our power to provide a well-structured cake, but please note that cakes are very fragile and break easily, drive carefully and slowly.
Once the cake leaves our shop, we are not responsible for any damage occurring to the cake during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.
All payments are due prior to pickup/delivery. If a cake is scheduled for delivery, the payment needs to be initiated within 5 business days of the event. If payments are not made by the time of pickup/delivery, the cake may be cancelled.
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date. You may cancel your wedding day reservation until 15 days prior to your wedding and receive a full refund of the deposit.
